
Homeschooling
From January 2025, I will be offering various lessons that include:

Cycling with confidence
I have completed a course that meets the National Cycle Training Standards and have experience as a Bikeability instructor. I can teach practical bike skills to children and adults.
Skills include:
- Checking their bikes to ensure they are safe to ride and bike maintenance.
- Controlling their bike in a traffic free area.
- Making journeys on quieter roads with simple junctions.

Functional fitness
I have completed the Level 1 Award in Early Essential Movement Patterns. These sessions would support your child with improving their coordination skills, balance, flexibility and agility. The aims of these sessions would be:
- To give your child more independence in their activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Improve their overall health and fitness.
- Gain skills and confidence to enable them to access club sports.
In the future, I may be in a position to run team sport sessions including: football, tennis and basketball as I have qualifications in coaching these sports.

Dry side swimming support
These sessions would help your child to develop their swimming strokes; targeting muscle groups and ranges of movement that will strive to improve their technique. With my BSc. in Sports and Exercise Science and knowledge of coaching children, I can offer a highly specialised service.
